Rachael's passion is working with infants from birth as they grow and develop into preschoolers and kindergartners. "It is such a small window of time in development with rapid growth occurring daily where intervention can make a tremendous difference. Children are fascinating and resilient. If you have expectations, they will perform." The support from family and caregivers during the primary years is fundamental to children's progress. It is this core piece to therapeutic treatment that Rachael felt was missing sometimes. Functional Milestones values parent/guardian involvement and collaborating with families to work together as a team for children's success.
